5-2-08 - Shipping is back to 2-6 business days after we receive and input your order. THAT can take 1-2 full days after you place your order. Until I get out of school, this is just the way it has to be.
Apparently MANY people are not putting their address in the way the post office delivers their mail. Anderson County Road is NOT Anderson County Road. The post office delivers it as An Co. Road.
Let me repeat. While Steve still DID look up addresses when the address did not show up online, THAT STOPS NOW. IF YOUR ADDRESS DOES NOT SHOW UP ONLINE as the post office has it, WE WILL NOT SHIP IT.
4/24/08 We have been caught up with shipping for several days. We have put in extra effort, esp the shipping dept. However, it seems people are still not reading this page. I know this because we still receive emails asking when it will ship. The standard shipping is what? [see previous page]. Add 3 days onto that since I'm in school full time.
2/15/08 We are one week behind in shipping. I can't do better.
1/28/08 - We are only ONE day behind in shipping!!!
1/24/08 - We are 3 days behind in shipping. This means, instead of 2-4 days BEFORE we ship it out, it's 1-7 days.
1-19-08 - You will have to check back on the site for when the new sbt oils come in. We can't notify everyone who asks. We are expecting them around Jan. 26, '08.
1/18/08 - We're only 2 days behind in shipping now.
1/17/08 - If you call Blue Sage Naturals on the telephone, leave a message. DO NOT keep calling over and over expecting someone to pick it up. LEAVE A MESSAGE. If you don't get a call back within a reasonable amt of time, 2-3 days, use email.
1/17/08 - I will NOT place anyone's order before another's just because you may want something sent overnight.
1/17/08 - WE ARE BEHIND IN SHIPPING. By about 7 days. I am doing my best to catch up. Please be patient. Ditto in making Steve's Stuff. Ditto in hiring someone. Ditto in getting the cart working. I'm just behind right now.
1/2/08 - Happy New Year! We are not answering the phone unless it's for suppliers and vendors. We are not answering questions. You will HAVE to email questions via the email on the bottom of every page. We will re-open and start processing orders on 1/14/08.
12/03/07 - Overseas orders that have not previously purchased from us are limited to $75 for the first order, unless that country is on the list for fraud. If that is the case, the order is not charged nor shipped. Please read the rest of this page to see when your credit card is charged. [you're supposed to read this page anyway!]

We have information throughout this website. The pages labeled 'about us', this page, each page with a product on it. READ THIS SITE. Iam a home-based business and I am justifiably proud in the products I make because they WORK. BSN is as herbal and as natural as possible. This means I do most everything with running this business. THIS means the website isn't always updated as quickly as the new batches are made. This means there are variances in product colors OR aromas due to batch of herb or oil used, or how long it was infused or any other number of things. Sometimes I have volunteers come in and help out. If the product was tipped over in transit [and all are] and the product ends up on the inside of the jar lid, scrape it off. If the container has no label, we'll send you one if it's a big deal for you. For crying out loud, do not send the product back! If product is darker or lighter or whatever than the previous product, THAT is due to the variances noted above. Using common sense here is invaluable.
If you use a COMMERCIAL CREDIT CARD, you will be charged the difference in charges. Current fees to me are 2.44% for regular charges, commercial cards are 3.40%. So you will be charged the difference. The difference is .96%. This will be on the TOTAL cost of the order. Including shipping.
To achieve greatest efficacy of our salves, we use as little unbleached beeswax as possible in our products, leaving the ingredients more room to be on your skin. If your product gets warm & looks like it's separating, just stir it all together!
