A gentleman in NJ took his own pictures and had these results from Nov. 24 to Nov. 28, 2004. Pretty fast don't you think? His results were using the sea buckthorn seed oil, sea buckthorn soap, and Serious Salve™. He was the first to say the sbt oil worked for a while, then seemed to quit working. So the answer to that has been - after 2-3 weeks of using the seabuckthorn oil, stop for a week, then continue. However others use it all the time, day after day and pursued the healthy skin thru the breakouts. It's up to you.
