I take liquid vitamins as much as possible for a couple of reasons. One, they assimilate better if they are a good quality, as these are, and 2. It's easier to take liquid than swallowing a lot of capsules. All Trace Minerals products are ionic, due to the Trace Minerals added to each.

I can feel the difference when I take this liquid calcium. I need calcium as everyone else does for bones, also calcium stops the heart palpitations/fluttering I get. When I have forgotten to take calcium and my heart starts to flutter at night, I get up and take a swig, or, my newly devised cocktail, a capful of this, with a capful of water ]b/c I'm rinsing out the cap] and some calcium fortified orange juice [Tropicana], and drink it.
