Blue Sage Naturals products are made with herbs and natural products. However, they are not meant for ingestion. The only exception is the Sea Buckthorn oils. These are OTUS [outside the US] certified organic. Shelf life for the sbt oils is 18 months for ingestion and 3 years for external use. So a good rule of thumb is use for ingestion within 11 months of purchase and for external use within 2.4 years of purchase.
