Blue Sage Naturals products are made with herbs and natural products. However, they are not meant for ingestion. The only exception is the Sea Buckthorn oils. These are certified organic. Shelf life for the sbt oils is 18 months for ingestion and 3 years for external use. So a good rule of thumb is use for ingestion within 11 months of purchase and for external use within 3 years of purchase. While we at Blue Sage Naturals take control of our health and we try new and different things, we recognize not everyone does. Skin test all products before using. Apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm. Do not use if redness or irritation occurs. We cannot stress this enough. We have this suggestion on every page of our website.
