This is the New Testament prayer of Jabez. In the Old Testament, there is a part of the prayer that says, 'keep Your hand on me'. Well, as New Testament Christians, with Jesus living in our hearts, His hand is always on us. To speak otherwise, or to believe otherwise would mean we don't believe He lives in us. So the Lord gave me this prayer, out of both the Old and New Testaments.
