What are they good for, you may ask? Well, for me, taking 3 caps a day I no longer have joint pain, acid stomach, nor do I get eczema anymore UNLESS my immune system is down and I haven't been taking the sbt. I normally take it in liquid form, [in the last swallow of whatever juice, .25 to .5 tsp] but do the caps when I'm lazy. Cankers? If I have one, take the equivalent of about 4 or 5 caps at nite and it's gone in the morning if its a small one. If not, I take 3 caps during the day and another .5 tsp at night and it's gone the next morning. I capsule is 1/8 teaspoon.

Studies show taking 500 gram sea buckthorn berry oil, also known as pulp oil, and 500 g [1 capsule] seabuckthorn seed oil twice a day made a noticeable improvement in dry eye in people studied in Finland. These people took 2 grams a day, of a capsule that had both pulp and seed oil. One presumes the caps were the standard of 500mg. They took sea buckthorn for 3 months.

When I was taking about 1.5 Tablespoons a day to improve my health back in 2007 or so, it improved my eyesight so much that my eye doctor said I didn't need glasses except for the astigmatism. !!! I had NO CLUE it would do that. This was not via capsules, but in the last swallow of my juice.
