Return Policy
The only regular returns we allow are UNOPENED containers, in the original packaging, shipped at your expense. Otherwise, all returns are final due to the personal nature of the items. With the exception of:
  • Error in order processing and/or shipping by Blue Sage Naturals
  • Allergic reaction to product? You will receive a store credit of the amount of the product[s] purchased. Customer pays shipping, which can be deducted from amount of store credit or added to order. Seabuckthorn oil is NOT allergenic and is NOT returnable. YOU MUST EMAIL US FIRST AND RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE YOU SEND ANYTHING BACK, if you send it back.

    This credit may be used only for items with the Blue Sage Naturals label on the container. You MUST email us within seven [7] days of shipped date for Stateside and 21 days of shipped date for overseas orders. YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST, VIA EMAIL ONLY, AND RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IN A RETURN EMAIL.

    To qualify for a store credit, after you have emailed us first, the item must be returned in the orginal packaging, with the sales receipt. Any item returned in non-original packaging, or packaging that has been damaged, disfigured, or otherwise altered will not be accepted unless damages were caused during shipping. These packages will be thrown away and no credit will be offered.

    Return shipping is paid for by the customer. CREDIT MUST BE USED WITHIN SIX WEEKS and only on the regular price of any 1 oz or larger product.

    We are sorry, however we are not able to accept returns from APO/FPO addresses.
Instructions for Returning Items

    When returning item(s), please:

    1. Place item(s) in its original packaging.
    2. Place packaged item(s) in another appropriate shipping container.
    3. Enclose the original receipt.
    4. Send package to the POB on the bottom of each page on this website, ATTN: Returns
    5. Email us the tracking number
For returns due to error by Blue Sage Naturals, we will process and ship your corrected order, via USPS priority mail. We will not charge you the cost of shipping, of course. And we will credit your account for the cost of shipping the product back to us, should we require you to do that.

To achieve greatest efficacy of our salves, we use as little unbleached beeswax as possible in our products, leaving the ingredients more room to be on your skin. If your product gets warm & looks like there's oil on top, just stir it!

In trying to make this website informative for you, there is very little I can tell you that is not on the website, including the FAQ. I can help you with what to use, however each person's skin is different and people use our products in different ways than the next. DO read the website. I am NOT a doctor. I cannot help you with doctor type questions.

I ONLY take orders via the cart. The site is secure. Check the little lock on the bottom of the cart once you place your item in the basket. Or, if you use Chrome, the lock is in the address bar.
