Any USED product can be returned, postage paid, with a tracking confirmation number, after you email custom @ BlueSageNaturals . com to receive a return authorization number, for store credit only, to be used by the end of that year.For returns due to error by Blue Sage Naturals, we will process and ship your corrected order, via USPS priority mail. We will not charge you the cost of shipping, of course. And we will credit your account for the cost of shipping the product back to us, should we require you to do that.
Any UNUSED product you have decided you do not want, can be returned, postage paid, with a tracking confirmation number, after you email custom @ BlueSageNaturals . com to receive a return authorization number, for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and the outbound shipping cost.
We have this policy in place for a number of reasons, including the prevention of abuse of our merchandise and services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; but we are strongly confident you are sure to love our products.
Instructions for Returning Items
- If it was an error in order processing and/or shipping by Blue Sage Naturals, we will make it right.
- Allergic reaction to product? You will receive a store credit of the amount of the product[s] purchased. Customer must return product, postage paid with confirmation. Store credit must be used by the end of the same year as the return. Seabuckthorn oil is NOT allergenic and is NOT returnable. Please email us before you send anything back at custom @ BlueSageNaturals . com.
Store Credit may be used only for items with the Blue Sage Naturals label on the container and all credit must be used at the same time. You must email us within 10 days of delivery date for Stateside and 25 days of shipped date for overseas orders.
We are sorry, however we are not able to accept returns from APO/FPO addresses.
- You must send us the tracking number for the package you are returning to Blue Sage Naturals. Failure to do this will void your credit.
Blue Sage Naturals is not responsible for lost returns and credit will not be issued for items not received.

- Send package to the POB on the bottom of each page on this website, ATTN: Returns
- Email us the tracking number
