- Allergic reaction to product? You will receive a store credit of the amount of the product[s] purchased, less 25% handling fee. This credit may be used only for items manufactured by Blue Sage Naturals. You MUST email us within seven days of shipped date for Stateside and THREE weeks for overseas. You must contact us first, via email only, and receive a Return Authorization Number [RAN] in a return email.
To qualify for a store credit, the item must be returned in the orginal packaging, with the sales receipt. Any item returned in non-original packaging, or packaging that has been damaged, disfigured, or otherwise altered will not be accepted unless damages were caused during shipping and will be thrown away and no credit will be offered.
Return shipping is paid for by you. You must get a confirmation number from the United States Postal Service [USPS] for the shipment. Sea buckthorn oil is NOT allergenic and is NOT returnable. CREDIT MUST BE USED WITHIN TWO WEEKS and only on the regular price of any 1 oz or larger product.
We are sorry, however we are not able to accept returns from APO/FPO addresses.
- You MUST send us the tracking number for the package you are returning to Blue Sage Naturals. Failure to do this will void your credit.
Blue Sage Naturals is not responsible for lost returns and credit will not be issued for items not received.
When returning item(s), please:
- Place item(s) in its original packaging.
- Place packaged item(s) in another appropriate shipping container.

To achieve greatest efficacy of our salves, we use as little unbleached beeswax as possible in our products, leaving the ingredients more room to be on your skin. If your product gets warm & looks like it's separating, just stir it all together!
