WATCH WHAT YOU INPUT FOR YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. Way too many are putting in wrong email addresses.

WE EMAIL EVERYONE THRU USPS WHEN ORDERS ARE SHIPPED. Currently it take 1-4 business days before your order is mailed out. NOT including weekends. It depends on where and how the shipping clerk is who works a full time job other than this part time one.

Shipping is not always accurate until we have the cart working. So it may be $2 less, it may be $3 more. Not everything will fit in the enveloped box.

If you do not input BOTH your first AND last names, and/or your physical address, your order WILL be deleted without further notification.

DO NOT TYPE IN ALL CAPS please! Repeat offenders will be charged $5 beginning 8/25/10 as I have to input everything manually.

Put your name in the billing section exactly as it appears on your credit card. HOWEVER, leave off any salutation, such as Miss, Ms, Mr. unless it's on your credit card that way. If it is, please tell me in the comments section of the cart. Credit cards are declined due to this.

If you live rurally, check your address at USPS to see if they have it in there the way YOU put it in here. It does not matter if it comes to you and it has been for the last 30 years. If it is not in the post office database, we can't address it. Example: Anderson County Road is not Anderson County Road. The post office delivers it as An Co. Road. "SJE Glenn Rd." is NOT SJE, it's JE Glenn Rd. S. 911 and the post office are messing with people's addresses, however if it's not correctly input on the form...see below

If it doesn't come up I'll email ONCE, WHITELIST THIS EMAIL ADDRESS: custom at bluesagenaturals.com. If I don't hear from you in 24 hrs, [that's one whole day, not 3 separate days], I'll refund your money less $4 to pay for credit card fees for charging AND refunding the money AND delete the order.

FOREIGN ORDERS: In order to get a lower price on shipping, there is no tracking available. That means, should the package not get to you, there is no recourse available through Blue Sage Naturals. Please tell me in the comments box which you prefer. However, that said, we've never had a package go awry without tracking.

To those that think these rules are too strict, we apologize. Repeat offenders make it hard on all.

  5. First-time overseas orders are generally limited to $75 for the first order including postage. Unless that country is on the fraud list. Taken on case by case basis.

  6. We have information throughout this website. READ THIS SITE. We are a home-based business and are proud of the products we make because they WORK. BSN is as herbal and as natural as possible. This means I do most everything with running this business. THIS means the website isn't always updated as quickly as the new batches are made. There ARE variances in product colors OR aromas due to batch of herb or oil used, or how long it was infused or any other number of things. Sometimes I have volunteers come in and help out. ALL products are tipped over in transit to you, therefore some product may get on the inside of the lid. Scrape it off! No, we will not send you a new jar. If the container has no label, we'll send you one if you'd like. For crying out loud, do not send the product back! If product is darker or lighter or whatever than the previous product, THAT is due to the variances noted above.

  7. If you use a COMMERCIAL CREDIT CARD, you will be charged the difference in charges. Current fees to me are 2.8% for regular charges, commercial cards are 3.8%. You will be charged the difference. The difference is 1%. This will be on the TOTAL cost of the order. Including shipping.


  8. We manually adjust shipping on orders on our end until we get a different cart working.

    1. If you cancel the order after it's been charged, you will be refunded the order LESS the $4 credit card fees.

    2. If you cancel the order after it's been charged and packed, but not shipped out, you will be refunded the amount less the credit card fees and an additional $10 to cover the cost of restocking.

    Shipping goes OUT via USPS. ALL orders are shipped priority mail, USPS unless other arrangements have been made.

    We will not go through another person for your order. If you cannot speak/write English at least a little, we cannot help you. Mandatory disclaimer: The official language of the United States of America is English. Therefore, I speak English.

    Foreign orders can take up to 6 weeks. From Canada to Romania to Italy to Denmark. Please plan your need of our products accordingly with regard to this timeline. Singapore and South Korea seem to be pretty quick, about 2-3 weeks.

    There are no refunds or exchanges for items shipped to the address you provide and you do not pick it up, do not want it, or if the post office does not deliver it because the address was incomplete or incorrect & it was the address you provided. However, we will give you a store credit for the price you paid for the items, not including the shipping/handling charge, the credit card fees and less 15% restocking fee, which must be used within 1 year of your original order date. This will only take place IF we receive the original shipped box back in it's original sealed condition. AND you must contact us first.

    STATESIDE ORDERS: If you use an address other than your personal home mailing address, or you input an incomplete address and the package is returned to us, we will reship ONCE at your expense, charged to the credit card on file. When we reship, it will be at the same shipping cost as the originally shipped package. To avoid this hassle make sure all your information is correct before clicking the 'submit' button. If we mess up, we will make it right. Please see the Returns page for more information.

    We ship everywhere in the world. Canada to Romania to Iraq and everywhere inbetween. By placing and paying for your order you are agreeing by default to pay any taxes incurred outside the United States. Overseas customers must also provide a phone number.

    PAYMENT

    We take credit cards [American Express, Mastercard, Visa]. We also accept Wires. Buyer covers all Wire expenses. All payments must be in US funds only.

    We ship by ounces and pounds, using your zip code/postal code and country.

    To order domestic express shipping, please indicate this and we will revise the shipping charge accordingly.

    OUT OF STOCK items- You have the option of cancelling the item or waiting til more is made and have everything shipped out at once.

    CREDITS:
    Should you have a credit on file it must be used the same year it is given.

    To achieve greatest efficacy of our salves, we use as little unbleached beeswax as possible in our products, leaving the ingredients more room to be on your skin. If your product gets warm & looks like there's oil on top, just stir it!
