ALERT! ALERT! We are now down to 1.5 people in shipping. You MUST be patient with us in the shipping dept. til we get the hang of it. Shipping goes OUT via USPS 2 to 7 open-for-business days after receipt of order unless we are backlogged. USA is shipped priority, foreign is shipped EMS ONLY. NOTE: See update on update page...
We will adjust shipping, whether up or down as needed, without notification. And it's USUALLY down. The shopping cart is accurate to a degree. It's always accurate on orders under a pound. However every order gets individual attention regarding shipping costs, until we get the new cart in place.
Flat rate boxes are $8.95 with $2 added, making it $11.00. [you might want to voice your concerns to Congress over this raising of the USPS costs every 1 to 2 years, it really IS out of hand]
All overseas shipping costs are approximate in the cart. They WILL be adjusted.
However, when we can use USPS online for overseas shipping, we get a 5% discount. [USPS does not give us a 5% disc for USA] We DO pass that savings on to you.
We add the fees below to the base USPS, UPS, FedEx and overseas rates:
USD$2 for Stateside USPS
USD$3 for Foreign USPS
USD$7 for shipping UPS or FedEx
USD$7 for orders that have their own UPS or FEDEX shipping account numbers.
USD$10 for overnight packages.
FOREIGN ORDERS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We will NOT go through another person for your order. If you cannot speak/write English at least a little, we are sorry, we cannot help you. Mandatory disclaimer: The official language of the United States of America is English. Therefore, I speak English.
Foreign orders can take up to 6 weeks. From Canada to Romania to Italy to Denmark. Please plan your need of our products accordingly with regard to this timeline. As of 4/24/08 Italy seems to take the longest.
We will NOT ship DHL Stateside.
FOREIGN ORDERS: Blue Sage Naturals is NOT responsible for packages not getting to overseas customers. Know your country's import laws. If your country does not allow it in, for whatever reason, you will not receive a refund. If it is shipped back to us, we will re-ship ONCE, at your expense, AFTER you email and request it. The extra shipping cost will be charged to the credit card on file.
Tracking numbers are not used outside the USA.
Everything is in excellent condition when it leaves our shipping department.
There are no refunds, no exchanges, no credits for items shipped to the address you provide & you do not pick it up or if the post office does not deliver it because the address was incomplete or incorrect & it was the address you provided.
If YOU have provided an incorrect address and the package comes back to us, THEN you decide you do not want what you ordered, we will refund 50% of the cost of the product[s] you ordered, less S&H if this is what you prefer. Otherwise, the above holds true.
STATESIDE ORDERS: If you use an address other than your personal home mailing address, or you input an incomplete address and the package is returned to us, we will reship ONCE at your expense, charged to the credit card on file. When we reship, it will be at the same shipping cost as the originally shipped package. To avoid this hassle make sure all your information is correct before clicking the 'submit' button.
Apparently MANY people are not putting their address in the way the post office delivers their mail. Anderson County Road is NOT Anderson County Road. The post office delivers it as An Co. Road.
Let me repeat. While Steve still DID look up addresses when the address did not show up online, THAT STOPS NOW 5-2-08. IF YOUR ADDRESS DOES NOT SHOW UP ONLINE as the post office has it, WE WILL NOT SHIP IT.

We ship everywhere in the world. Canada to Romania to Iraq and everywhere inbetween. By placing and paying for your order you are agreeing by default to pay any taxes incurred outside the United States. Overseas customers must also provide a phone number. If package is refused, there are no refunds, returns, no credits. Make sure of what you order before you order.
PAYMENT
Q: So how do I pay you?
A: We take credit cards [American Express, Mastercard, Visa]. We also accept Wires, however know your bank usually charges $15 to send it to me and mine charges *about* $5. Please ascertain via email. You must cover all Wire charges.
All payments must be in US funds only.
We ship by ounces and pounds, using your zip code/postal code and country.
To order domestic express shipping, please indicate this and we will revise the shipping charge accordingly.
OUT OF STOCK items- You have the option of canceling the item or waiting til more is made and have everything shipped out at once. We can no longer absorb shipping costs when items run out.
CREDITS:
Should you have a credit on file it must be used the same year it is given.
RETURNSTo achieve greatest efficacy of our salves, we use as little unbleached beeswax as possible in our products, leaving the ingredients more room to be on your skin. If your product gets warm & looks like it's separating, just stir it all together!
