11-12-11 I currently ship USPS. If YOU don't have insurance on your package and ANYthing happens to it, there's NOTHING that can be done. Tracking means little. IF something happens to your package, items lost, box damaged and you HAVE insurance, you can take pictures/the box to your local PO and get a refund, eventually. If you don't have insurance and something happens to your package...oh well. I have taken to taping up the box pretty well, giving added insurance from theft.

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis usually within 48 hours. If it is necessary for us to ship an order immediately please let us know. There will be a fee of $10.00 for all RUSH orders in addition to regular shipping charges.

Do not put anything in the 'company name' section if you are not ordering for a company. DO NOT PUT YOUR 'FAMILY NAME'.

DO NOT put your COMPANY NAME in the BILL TOO part, it's YOUR name. A company does not place an order. A person does. If you do, there's a $7 charge for the manual labor to make it right.

IF YOU HAVE NOT received an email from USPS, your order has not shipped. You will ALWAYS receive an email if you input an email, regarding shipping.

If you have received an email from USPS with a confirmation number but it doesn't show up on the USPS system, you know as much as I do. Sometimes the USPS doesn't use their scanners like they should. I can't do anything about it. CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE if it hasn't arrived to find out.

PLEASE MAKE YOURSELF HAVE ONE NAME. Not Suzie Q. Doll and then Suzie Q Doll [no period] or Suzie Doll [no middle initial] Use a middle initial or don't, ALL THE TIME. In order to reward customers for loyalty or repeat orders, you MUST be the same person over and over in the database.

Please put a 'ship to' address in, don't leave it BLANK! It will be automatically deleted if that section is blank. [because it shows up in the system as...BLANK, therefore it can't be shipped.

CREDIT CARD billing. Put your name in the billing section exactly as it appears on your credit card. ONLY put a salutation in the BILL TO section if there is one on your credit card and please let me know in the 'comments' section it's on your cc that way.

PLACING AND ADDING TO YOUR ORDER: When you place an order your credit card is NOT charged automatically. I do this on my end. If you want to add too or remove something from your order it may be possible. It depends on if it is already processed. Email, text or call to find out.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER If the order has not left the shipping office yet, I can possibly stop the shipping. If I can, there will be a $7 fee. [This includes the charge card fees and used packing material]

YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS Please be careful on entering your email address and shipping address. If I can't contact you via your email and telephone number, the order is deleted.

SHIPPING COST: Shipping is not always accurate until I have the cart working. So it may be $2 less, it may be $3 more.

YOUR ADDRESS If you live rurally, check your address at USPS www.USPS.com to see if they have it in there the way YOU put it in here. It does not matter if it comes to you and it has been for the last 30 years. If it is not in the post office database, we can't address it. Example: Anderson County Road is not Anderson County Road. The post office delivers it as An Co. Road. "SJE Glenn Rd." is NOT SJE, it's JE Glenn Rd. S.
911 and the post office are messing with people's addresses, however if it's not correctly input on the form...see below

HOW YOUR MISTYPED ADDRESS IS DEALT WITH If it doesn't come up in the USPS system, it's not shipped. I will refund your order less credit card charges [both to charge and to refund] + $5.

STATESIDE ORDERS: If you use an address other than your personal home mailing address, or you input an incomplete address and the package is returned here, I will reship ONCE at your expense, charged to the credit card on file. When it reships, it will be at the same shipping cost as the originally shipped package. To avoid this hassle make sure all your information is correct before clicking the 'submit' button. If I mess up, I will make it right.

FOREIGN ORDERS:

EMS shipping has tracking and is 3x more expensive. It also has insurance included in the cost. Please tell me in the comments box which you prefer.

This is what the USPS site says on tracking for International orders: "Includes tracking information within and between countries. Tracking information may be limited in some destinations." This is ONLY on boxes that come with tracking, which are Priority Mail and a Medium Flat rate. example: To London. Priority mail is $33 for 28 oz and $45 for Medium flat rate. That's if you want tracking. Otherwise, it's normally $16.00 for a video size box.

Update 12/27/10 - ONE package to India went awry without tracking, however the recipient has received numerous packages before and after that, with no tracking.

Foreign orders can take up to 6 weeks. From Canada to Romania to Italy to Denmark. Please plan your need of our products accordingly with regard to this timeline. Singapore and South Korea seem to be pretty quick, about 2-3 weeks.

We only accept orders via the internet cart. Not on email, not on the phone. You cannot come to my home.

First-time overseas orders are generally limited to $75 for the first order including postage. Unless that country is on the fraud list. Taken on a case by case basis.

INFORMATION ON WEBSITE & PRODUCT INFO I have information throughout this website. READ THIS SITE. I am proud of the products I make because they WORK. BSN is as herbal and as natural as possible. I do almost everything with running this business. THIS means the website isn't always updated as quickly as the new batches are made.

There ARE variances in product colors OR aromas due to batch of herb or oil used, or how long it was infused or any other number of things. Sometimes I have volunteers come in and help out. REFUNDS, EXCHANGES VIA SHIPPING There are no refunds or exchanges for items shipped to the address you provide and you do not pick it up, do not want it/refuse it, or if the post office does not deliver it because the address was incomplete or incorrect & it was the address you provided.

To achieve greatest efficacy of our salves, we use as little unbleached beeswax as possible in our products, leaving the ingredients more room to be on your skin. If your product gets warm & looks like there's oil on top, just stir it!
