SHIPPING PRICES - ANYTHING in a 2 oz jar or larger cannot fit in a small flat rate box. SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED ON THE ORDER FORM, SO DON'T SAY TO PAYPAL (no additional capture needed; close authorization after this capture) I HAVE TO ADD SHIPPING.

FOREIGN ORDERS: DO NOT PUT 'NO' I AM NOT ALLOWED TO CAPTURE MORE MONEY. THIS is how shipping is paid for. Also foreign orders will have 3% added to the final cost. Paypal charges me 4.2% for foreign charges. I am not charging the full amount.

You WILL RECEIVE a second invoice for shipping if you are Stateside. Eventually this will all be figured out. For items totaling $250 or more, including shipping, a signature confirmation is required. This will be included in the shipping cost I email you.

A. If you write an ECHECK, I will not ship the products until the money appears in my account. This is what Paypal says to do and what an eCheck is:

eChecks are one type of bank payment and usually take 3-5 business days* to process. They are used when buyers have not linked a backup payment source (like a debit or credit card) to their PayPal accounts, or when a transaction is too risky to allow an instant payment. SO LINK UP a debit or credit card with PayPal is my best advice to you.

B. I download the cart every day by 10 a.m. Except Friday-Sunday, and holidays.

1. Put first and last names in BOTH sections. FILL IN THE 'SHIP TOO' PART!!! don't leave it BLANK! You will be charged $7 to have it manually input [It shows up in the system as...BLANK, therefore it can't be shipped.

2. Indicate by clicking the radio button if you want insurance [it's extra]. If no insurance and something happens to your package, not much can be done. Tracking comes with every Stateside pkg. IF NOTHING NORMALLY HAPPENS TO YOUR PACKAGES, YOU SHOULD BE FINE. IF YOUR MAIL HAS BEEN UNDER ATTACK BY THIEVES, YOU SHOULD GET INSURANCE.

3. $2.00 handling charge added to every order.

4. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis usually within 24-72 hours. If it is necessary for us to ship an order immediately please let us know. There will be a fee of $10.00 for all RUSH orders in addition to regular shipping charges.

5. We only accept credit card payments. ONLY

6. DO NOT put your COMPANY NAME in the BILL TOO part, it's YOUR name. A company does not place an order. A person does. If you do, there's a $7 charge for to pay the person who has to input it.

7. IF YOU HAVE NOT received an email from USPS, your order has not shipped. You should receive an email if you input an email, regarding shipping. Check your spam filters.

8. If you have received an email from USPS with a confirmation number but it doesn't show up on the USPS system, sometimes the USPS doesn't use their scanners like they should. CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE if it hasn't arrived to find out.

10. CREDIT CARD billing. Put your name in the billing section exactly as it appears on your credit card. ONLY put a salutation in the BILL TO section if there is one on your credit card and please let me know in the 'comments' section it's on your credit card that way.

11. CANCELLING YOUR ORDER If the order has not left the office yet, I can possibly stop the shipping. If I can, there will be a $7 fee. [This includes the charge card fees and used packing material]

12. YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS Please be careful on entering your email address and shipping address. If I can't contact you via your email and telephone number, the order is deleted.

13. YOUR ADDRESS If you live rurally, check your address at USPS www.USPS.com to see if they have it in there the way YOU put it in here. It does not matter if it comes to you and it has been for the last 30 years. If it is not in the post office database, we can't address it. Example: Anderson County Road is not Anderson County Road. The post office delivers it as An Co. Road. "SJE Glenn Rd." is NOT SJE, it's JE Glenn Rd. S.

14. HOW YOUR MISTYPED ADDRESS IS DEALT WITH If it doesn't come up in the USPS system, it's not shipped. I will refund your order less credit card charges [both to charge and to refund] + $5.

15. STATESIDE ORDERS: If you use an address other than your personal home mailing address, or you input an incomplete address and the package is returned here, I will reship ONCE at your expense, charged to the credit card on file. When it reships, it will be at the same shipping cost as the originally shipped package. To avoid this hassle make sure all your information is correct before clicking the 'submit' button. If I mess up, I will make it right.

17. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

I no longer ship rush for overseas shipping. No EMS. It is normally $19.50 for a small flat rate box or a video box. Total. Larger boxes get into higher shipping costs, of course. As in 3 shampoos. It will cost somewhere around $42USD for that to ship in one box.

Foreign orders can take up to 6 weeks. From Canada to Romania to Italy to Denmark. Please plan your need of our products accordingly with regard to this timeline. Singapore and South Korea seem to be pretty quick, about 2-3 weeks. UK about 2 weeks.

HOW ORDERS ARE TAKEN

18. We only accept orders via the internet cart. Not on email, not on the phone. If you live locally, you may make an appt to come pick up your order. If the appt is not kept, there are no further pick ups.

21. First-time overseas orders are generally limited to $75 for the first order including postage. Unless that country is on the fraud list. Taken on a case by case basis.

22. INFORMATION ON WEBSITE & PRODUCT INFO I have information throughout this website. READ THIS SITE. I am proud of the products I make because they WORK. BSN is as herbal and as natural as possible. I do almost everything with running this business. THIS means the website isn't always updated as quickly as the new batches are made.

23. There ARE variances in product colors OR aromas due to batch of herb or oil used, or how long it was infused or any other number of things. Sometimes I have volunteers come in and help out. ALL products are tipped over in transit to you, therefore some product may get on the inside of the lid. Scrape it off! No, we will not send you a new jar.

24. And remember, just as God didn't make YOU perfect, He SURE didn't make ME perfect, I am totally and always a work in process. If there's something you don't like about my products or what I say, let me know. I'll try to make it better for you. If I can't, I'll have a friend call or email you that is REALLY diplomatic and tactful. LOL

25. COMMERCIAL CREDIT CARD If you use a commercial credit card, you will be charged the difference in charges, which is 1% of the TOTAL cost of the order.

26. SPEAK ENGLISH We will not go through another person for your order. If you cannot speak/write English at least a little, we cannot help you. Mandatory disclaimer: The official language of the United States of America is English. Therefore, I speak English.

27. REFUNDS, EXCHANGES VIA SHIPPING There are no refunds or exchanges for items shipped to the address you provide and you do not pick it up, do not want it/refuse it, or if the post office does not deliver it because the address was incomplete or incorrect & it was the address you provided.

28. VAT TAX We ship everywhere in the world. Canada to Romania to Iraq and everywhere in-between. By placing and paying for your order you are agreeing by default to pay any taxes incurred outside the United States. Overseas customers must also provide a phone number.

30. OUT OF STOCK Items- You have the option of cancelling the item or waiting til more is made and have everything shipped out at once.

31. Should you have a credit on file it must be used in the same year received.

To achieve greatest efficacy of our salves, we use as little unbleached beeswax as possible in our products, leaving the ingredients more room to be on your skin. If your product gets warm & looks like there's oil on top, just stir it!
