I can personally tell you by using the petition taught in this little book, the Lord has healed me of chronic diarrhea, vertigo and a watering eye. The writer tells that his petitions were answered in 30-90 days. [remember to NEVER put a time frame on your petition]. HEAT PAK

Really great little gel pak with a little 'button' in it to press, which activates the crystals within to heat up. Can be used anywhere, but as with all heating things, be careful with the elderly and children. Wrap in a paper towel if it's too hot at first. Lasts about 1 hour to 1.5 hours. This comes with a Lifetime guarantee, which for me, is super.

To make useful after you've used it once, let it cool completely, then heat in boiling water 15 minutes or until it's clear, then remove and let cool. When you need it, you press the button inside the pak and it starts again. To use cool DO NOT FREEZE, but place in ice water for a few minutes.

I used it on TMJ, sinuses and low back. I thought it would be too small for the low back, but sitting up against it, the heat radiated throughout the area. Later, when it had a bit of heat left, I placed it under my thigh after an excruiating cramp there. Definitely helped with relaxation.

SOAP NUTS 12 oz

Filling up a small flat rate box with the soapnuts, some whole, some bits and pieces, there is 12 oz. NOT in a bag inside, just in the box. You get more that way. You need only 5 to do 5 loads of wash. You put 5 in the toe of an old sock and tie the top. Put it in the washer for both cycles, wash and rinse. Take it out before you put the clothes in the dryer. Don't pack the clothes in so tightly they can't move. The whole reason clothes get clean is due to the agitation, so put it on the longest wash cycle you have on the machine. If you want extra cleaning power for stains, put in some oxyclean. When you take your clothes out of the dryer you will notice how SOFT they are and clean. This is really great for blankets, hand washables, all your clothes, even the jeans. 5 'nuts' for 5 washes. This box will last a long time. And you won't find it cheaper anywhere else.

Start fresh! Run an empty load or two (or with some old rags) using Soap Nuts. This is to purge your machine of built-up residues left by your detergents. This will help you avoid having that old gunk from being released back into your good laundry. Your machine will also begin smelling like new again.

The number of loads may vary due to water temperature, hardness, washer type, cycle selection, etc.
To achieve greatest efficacy of our salves, we use as little unbleached beeswax as possible in our products, leaving the ingredients more room to be on your skin. If your product gets warm & looks like there's oil on top, just stir it!
