Wholesale and Distributor policies for Blue Sage Naturals, Llc, [Blue Sage Naturals or BSN]
Blue Sage Naturals' wholesale/distributor polices are ONLY for products manufactured by BSN. This does include the sbt oils [although we don't manufacture them]:
- If you are a store, please email a copy of your retail business license to the email address at the bottom of this page.
- If you want to distribute our products via a Doctor's office, Chiropractor, or to those you work with, the price reduction is 20% off retail prices for most items.
- If you are a large distributor please contact us. Email is at the bottom of this page.
- We will send you the price list you qualify for.
- You may charge what you wish. As an example of how this works, an esthetician buys our CO2 Certified organic sea buckthorn oils from us in either 16 oz or kilogram size. She repackages into 10ml bottles and sells these wholesale to salons for $10, who in turn, retails this size for $20.
- For stores there is a minimum of $250 at wholesale prices for the INITIAL order with at least 3 of each item ordered, 6 pieces for soap. There is a $125 minimum for subsequent orders. A minimum of 6 orders per calendar year is required to maintain wholesale status. Your order total will include the initial order.
- For distributors, there is a $250 minimum INITIAL order with $150 minimum for re-orders. There is a minimum of at least 4 items each, 6 pieces for soap, of whatever you purchase for the initial order. There must be an order once per month to remain a distributor. Your order total will include the initial order. No one can be a distributor without first having tried the products themselves.
- When a distributor has large volume sales, they will be upgraded to wholesale store status with the corresponding price list.
- Please whitelist our email address. If you fail to make the required additonal orders within your year, your account will be closed.
- Further wholesale accounts with the same company/person will be on a case-by-case basis.
- ALL orders must be pre-paid. No C.O.D. For orders sent via UPS or FedEx there will be a $7 additional charge whether we use your account number or ours.
This policy can change without notice.
To achieve greatest efficacy of our salves, we use as little unbleached beeswax as possible in our products, leaving the ingredients more room to be on your skin. If your product gets warm & looks like there's oil on top, just stir it!

In trying to make this website informative for you, there is very little I can tell you that is not on the website, including the FAQ. I can help you with what to use, however each person's skin is different and people use our products in different ways than the next. DO read the website. I am NOT a doctor. I cannot help you with doctor type questions.
I ONLY take orders via the cart. The site is secure. Check the little lock on the bottom of the cart once you place your item in the basket. Or, if you use Chrome, the lock is in the address bar.
