Wholesale and Distributor policies for Blue Sage Naturals, Llc, [Blue Sage Naturals or BSN]
Blue Sage Naturals' wholesale/distributor polices are:
- If you are a store, please fax us a copy of your retail business license - please email [below] for number. If you are desirous to be a distributor, please send us a copy of your business/marketing plan.
- We will then send you one of two wholesale price lists.
If you are a store, you get wholesale prices. If you are an esthetician, chiropractor, doctor's office, anything other than a store, we have a distributors price list, which is 20% off retail prices, except seabuckthorn oils. You may charge what you wish. For instance. An esthetician buys our CO2 Certified organic sea buckthorn oils from us in either 16 or 32 oz size. She repackages into .3 oz bottles and sells these wholesale to salons for $10 per 1/3 oz, and retails this size for $20. A chiropractor's office resells Relief N Rescue 1 oz jars at $16.
- For stores there is a minimum of $300 for the initial order with $150 minimum for subsequent orders. All products have an eaches minimum. A minimum of 3 orders per year is required to maintain wholesale status. That will be a total of 4 orders, the initial order and three more.
- For distributors, there is a $200 minimum initial order with $130 minimum for re-orders. A minimum of 3 orders per year is required to maintain wholesale status. That will total 4 orders. The initial order and three more.
- It is up to you to remember when you place orders. We will send one reminder about 1 month prior to your order date. However it is your ultimate responsibility to maintain your wholesale status and remember when to place your orders. Please whitelist our email address.
- If a second order is not placed within your timeframe, your account will be closed for a period of 1 year.
- Further wholesale accounts with the same company/person will be on a case-by-case basis.
ALL orders must be pre-paid. No C.O.D. available. Orders sent via UPS or USPS. There will be a $7 additional charge to use UPS whether we use your account number or ours. Plus the pick-up fee UPS charges.
To achieve greatest efficacy of our salves, we use as little unbleached beeswax as possible in our products, leaving the ingredients more room to be on your skin. If your product gets warm & looks like it's separating, just stir it all together!
